he name Rivertree is inspired by the systems, uniformity, and uniqueness found in nature. An example of a reccurring system in nature is the branched (dendritic) pattern found in a river basin. A river drainage comprised of creeks, streams, and rivers, forms a pattern much like the framework of a tree, thus the inspiration of our name. This pattern is infinitely repeated in nature's design, such as in a deep sea fan coral, root systems, and right down to the circulation system that transports the blood in our bodies. As in nature, Rivertree builds one-of-a-kind homes using the same proven systems of organization and practice every time. For each project, we take into account the unique applications required, while using proven building practices to organize and build the home you desire resulting in a one-of-a-kind creation.

Eric Rabesa founded Rivertree Inc. in May 2006, in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. After years of hands-on experience and project management in the Yampa Valley, Eric has assembled a team of skilled carpenters and an experienced management staff to run a select group of projects at a time. Eric graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Environmental Science. His building experience dates back to working with his father and grandfather in New England. Organizational and analytical skills required in the sciences, combined with experience in the field as a carpenter and superintendent are utilized daily to create a company that stands the test of time.

ur building philosophy is based upon three key components: innovation, quality and sensibility. Rivertree prides itself on an organized and well-managed project from start to finish. Our management system results in higher quality, more efficient schedules, and more precise building. The most important component of the system is communication with our customer. From the first contact our goal is open, clear and defined communication with our clients. In order to minimize delays, mistakes, and overruns, we keep a schedule of selections as well as a building schedule to give the owner and designer the parameters needed to keep the project flowing.
